What is demming park?

Deming Park is a public park located in Terre Haute, Indiana, United States. It covers an area of around 200 acres and features a variety of outdoor recreational facilities. The Park includes 3.4 miles of paved and unpaved walking trails, playgrounds, picnic areas, a fishing lake, tennis courts, baseball fields, volleyball courts, and a disc golf course. Deming Park also hosts many community events and programs throughout the year, such as concerts, festivals, and educational programs. The park is named after Theresa C. Deming, who donated the original 105 acres of land to the city in 1907.
